"Everything was great, they have fresh cookies at the front counter all the time. Very clean and very friendly. Didn't care for the breakfast though."

"The only complaint we had was the room smelled of mildew. My parents stayed in a suite with a hot tub and the room had an overwhelmind smell. It is something that needs to be checked into.
Otherwise everything was Great! Check out time was nice. It gave us time to wake up, pack, have a nice breakfast and then check out.
Continental breakfast was also very nice."

"They tried to put us in a smoking room instead of the reserved non-smoking room. We had to switch rooms after the first night because of group booking issues. Our room key didn't work after the 4th day because they prematurely checked us out and had to recheck us in. We paid for our group's rooms with a credit card but the desk personnel lost the information between the morning shift and the afternoon, so we had to do it all over again."

"Upon arrival at your hotel at 6:30pm, our family being separated on two different flights, beginning our day at 3:30 am my wife was not able to "check In" to our room until I arrived. This was frustrating and VERY INCONVENIENT. My wife also had the charge card in her possession which the rooms were charged under but your "policy" was that you could not let her check in. This is the FIRST time this has every happened to us."

"The joke of this property (and the thing that I will always remember) is that for continental breakfast each day, your choice of food items was: carbs, carbs, and *more* CARBS!! Hardly any variety from day to day. No fresh fruit other than orange slices, no yogurt, no eggs, no berries (frozen or otherwise) ... but if you wanted toast, donuts, bread, bagels, pastries, cereal, waffles, etc., you were in "CARBS HEAVEN."
The breakfast offerings at this particular property PALED in comparison to other hotels we visited during our 12-night stays.
