"I thought the hotel was beautiful and would have been perfect if the weather was sunny and hot. The weather was ok so leaving to go to the pool, restaurant, etc was a bummer since you have to go outside to get there. Also, since the weather wasn't great, the hotel property feels a little isolated. It didn't have the resort feel, no kids around for my kids to play with. Again, if it would have been hot, there would have been more people at the pool, the frozen drinks would have been more enticing, we could have ate outside, etc. This is a "hot weather only" hotel because it's pretty boring otherwise."

"When the room was booked for our stay, we booked a room with 2 beds. Upon check-in we were told that there were no rooms available with 2 beds because the hotel was full. This was strange since we checked in at 11:30pm and there were six cars in the parking lot. We were told that since the room had been booked on-line nothing was promised. What a shock!!! This information WAS NOT GIVEN at the time of the booking. At the time of booking, the request for a non-smoking room was the only aspect that was stated to be on a first-come, first-served basis. For future bookings, this matter should be resolved or there will be many unhappy customers. If you make reservations on-line, BEWARE! Otherwise, the hotel is very nice!"
