"Greg from Orlando: The hotel was great...you people weren't.You cancelled my third night reservation AFTER I had checked in, this wasn't a vacation but an evacuation on our part from a hurricane and fortunately the management went out of their way to accomodate us, had the been unable to,the results could have been tragic. You need to have a better system in place to ensure that a reservation, once an confirmation number is given, doesn't get cancelled....faxing a confirmation to the hotel doesn't work...the hotel said it will no longer do business with you and neither will I."

"Very clean and comfortable. VERY convenient location just beyond airport entry, but no jet noise problems at all. The stay was excellent, the value was incredible. I'll be back!!!"
