"The elevators are the only thing that the hotel needs to improve on. They are very slow and are used constantly by the hotel staff."

This three-diamond Quality Suites is located approximately one mile from Universal Studios and 10 miles from Orlando International Airport. Wet N Wild and Islands of Adventure are one mile away, Sea World is two miles, Florida Mall is four, and Citrus Bowl Stadium is six miles away. Within nine miles are Church Street Station, Walt Disney Animal Kingdom, TD Waterhouse Center, Old Town, and MGM Studios. Free shuttle service is available to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

The hotel has a heated outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room, game room, gift and snack shop, and guest laundry facilities. In the morning, a complimentary continental breakfast is served in the lobby. There is also a two-hour cocktail reception every evening.
