"I was iffy coming in, having never seen it before. I was very delighted upon arrival, and the stay only got better. The staff was more than friendly and helpful, and not in that annoying fake or overly contrived way, such as many of the Disney Hotels are (well Orlando in gerneral). Besides that the online agent I used was great, very easy and smooth. Great work, I look forward to booking through this again. Alex R. McLeod"
