"In all fairness, our stay at the hotel was when Hurricane Charley was ripping through Orlando. Services were non-existant (due to the hurricane, I'm sure). However, customer service needs a HUGE overhaul. Most employees spoke NO English and were useless to guests. The girl on duty at the front desk (on Sat. night)was rude to us on more than one occasion and was easily frustrated and in tears most of the evening. Again, I'm sure the hurricane was part of her frustration; however, she needs much more training in how to stay "cool" under stress and customer service."
